On Monday 16th 2015, Kirsten Odegaard’s Foods and Nutrition 10 class visited the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. At the Institute, the Foods 10 students learned about culinary training, the restaurant business and how to prepare different types of dishes. A highlight of this excursion was sampling delicious food made by the Institute’s culinary students.
