On Monday 16th 2015, Kirsten Odegaard’s Foods and Nutrition 10 class visited the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. At the Institute, the Foods 10​ students learned about culinary training, the restaurant business and how to prepare different types of dishes. A highlight of this excursion was sampling delicious food made by the Institute’s culinary students.
